Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Debuts New Winter Menu


Limited-Run Winter Collaboration Menu Introduces Rosemary Potato Pizza,
Reese’s® and Butterscotch Toffee Cheesecakes along with other Seasonal Classics

LAS VEGAS-Known for its award-winning, coal-fired, brick oven pizza and calzones, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria announces its Winter Collaboration menu featuring signature items including: the classic Rosemary Potato Pizza, a classic white with garlic pizza topped with thinly-sliced rosemary potatoes and sprinkled with diced pancetta; a special holiday Spinach Pecan Salad made with fresh spinach topped with house-made candied pecans, dried cherries, red onions and crumbled goat cheese, tossed in Grimaldi’s house dressing; and two decadent cheesecake offerings – both the Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cup and Butterscotch Toffee Cheesecakes were chosen as the perfect finish to the winter menu, debuting on December 4th.

The scrumptious Winter Collaboration menu also features a special wine – Cherry Pie “Three Vineyards” Pinot Noir. The Cherry Pie Pinot Noir selection is a 100% Pinot Noir varietal selected from three California regions – Monterrey, Sonoma and Santa Barbara. Both the Rosemary Potato Pizza and Spinach Pecan Salad were created in collaboration with Hundred Acre Winery to pair perfectly with Cherry Pie Pinot Noir. The Menu also features a seasonal flavor – Blood Orange, as a delicious choice in Lemonade, Iced Tea or Italian Soda.

Grimaldi’s will also be featuring two new seasonal specialty cocktails, the Italian “75” cocktail with Square One Bergamot Vodka, Blood Orange Puree, and Lemon Juice topped with La Marca Prosecco, and the “Mocha” Martini, made with Chopin Vodka, Dorda Chocolate Liqueur, Galliano Ristretto and Half & Half, served in an Oreo® cookie rimmed glass.
