Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino Announces July Casino Promotions

LAS VEGAS – Downtown Grand Las Vegas Hotel & Casino announces a robust lineup of casino promotions for July. See the Downtown Grand Players Club for more information and official rules for each of the following promotions:

From July 1-4, 2016, DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will be eligible to win their share of $1,776 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night at midnight during the 4th of July Cash Drawing. For every 100 base points earned from July 1 at 12:01 a.m. through July 3 at 11:59 p.m., players will earn one (1) entry. Additional drawings will be held at the top of each hour from 7 p.m. through 11 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night for $100 in free slot play or promo chips. Participants must be present to win. DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will also receive 10X bonus entries into the Cadillac XT5 Promotional Drawing from July 1 at 12:01 a.m. through July 4 at 11:59 p.m. for every 25 base points earned during the promotion period. 10X Bonus entries will be in lieu of the Monday Point Multipliers and Bonus Entries Promotion on July 4 only. DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members who earn 25 base points can get a free commemorative Downtown Grand 4th of July 2016 t-shirt. One per person per promotion.

Every Friday and Saturday in July (beginning July 8) from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will receive one (1) virtual entry into the Look. Listen. Play. promotional drawing for every 25 base points earned from July 8 to August 27. Drawings will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight. The first five (5) lucky winners will receive a mini electronics gift or $100 in free slot play or promo chips. At midnight, one (1) grand prize winner will be drawn to choose a gift box containing a GRAND electronics gift.

During Wet your Whistle Wednesdays at Downtown Grand, DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS players who earn 375 points will receive a 375 mL bottle of Fireball every Wednesday in July. Limit five per person per day.

Any Thursday in July, qualified DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members who earn 500 points between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. will receive a Downtown Grand beach towel during the GRAND Gift Giveaways (while supplies last). Limit two per person per day.

During the Spin to Win Downtown Grand New Member Promotion, new members who sign up for a DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS card will get to spin a virtual promotion wheel for a chance to receive free food and drink offers, or anywhere from $5 to $1,000 in free slot play and prizes.

Currently, the casino is offering players the chance to win big during the $250,000 GRAND SLOT TOURNAMENT. Guests will have multiple chances to qualify for this mega tournament, such as earning 1,000 points or more in one calendar month, earning 500 points per promotion day, winning a slot or video poker jackpot of $1,200 and above or winning the weekly free drawing. Club members must earn at least one (1) slot point during each promotion week to be entered into the weekly drawing. One (1) lucky winner will be drawn on Saturday at 10 p.m. each week. Tournament participants will be separated in up to 10 sessions per Semi-Final Slot tournament with 18 participants per session. The top 50 scores each month from the semi-final slot sessions will automatically win a spot in the GRAND FINALS taking place in December 2016, where 600 players will compete for finalist prizes, with one lucky winner taking home the GRAND PRIZE of $250,000 in cash and free play.

Every Monday, DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members will receive multiplied points and promotional entries based on tier status during the Tiered Card Point Multipliers and Bonus Entries promotion. White card members will receive 2X points and double entries, silver card members will receive 3X points and triple entries and black members will receive 5X points and quintuple entries.

Every Tuesday from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members who are 50 years of age or older will receive 5X base slot points, free Valet (which can be validated at the Players club) and $.50 hot chocolate, coffee or ice cream from S+O for playing with Grand Senior Tuesdays. Once 50 base slot points have been earned, seniors will then receive a Senior food special from S+O. At the end of every month, one lucky winner will be drawn to receive 50,000 points added to their DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS account.

Beginning May 30, 2016 at 12:01 a.m., DOWNTOWN GRAND REWARDS members can receive one (1) virtual drawing ticket for every 25 base points earned on slots, video poker or live table games during the 2017 Cadillac XT5 Giveaway. On October 1, 2016 at 10 p.m., three (3) winners will be drawn to choose one (1) gigantic key on stage. All three (3) winners will be instructed to open the back of the key and the player with the picture of the 2017 Cadillac XT5 will win the car in their choice of red, white or blue.
