The ‘555’ dinner to feature five Las Vegas chefs creating five courses from five local farms

LAS VEGAS – Create A Change Now and recent partner The Reset Project announce their second joint health education event celebrating Food Revolution Day with a ‘555’ dinner at VegeNation on Sunday, May 15 from 6:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with a preceding reception starting at 5:30 p.m.

Food Revolution Day is a global campaign that sets out to put practical food education back on school curriculums. Celebrity chef, restaurateur and media personality Jamie Oliver has a passion for educating children on the benefits of healthy eating to lead happier lives for themselves, and their families. After creating the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation, Oliver started Food Revolution Day to spread his message and inspire others.

The ‘555’ Food Revolution Day dinner will highlight five Las Vegas chefs, creating a five course-dinner from five local farms while educating individuals on nutritional values and the importance of healthy eating. The feast will feature Executive Chef Donald Lemperle of VegeNation, Raw Mixologist Shane Stuart of Grassroots, Executive Chef Jesse Moreno of Fit Chefs, Executive Chef/Owner Aaron Going of Chefster and Pastry Chef Hilary Olson of VegeNation.
