Triple George Grill Announces New Seasonal Lunch Menu, Cocktails and Entertainment Calendar for Spring

Las Vegas – Triple George Grill will debut a new seasonal cocktail and lunch menu as well as live entertainment at Sidebar beginning Friday, March 4, 2016.

The spring lunch menu will highlight fresh seasonal ingredients in dishes ranging from salads and flatbreads to pastas and sandwiches. The cocktail menu will feature fan favorites as well as new creations regularly priced $11-15. During happy hour, Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests will receive one specialty cocktail at half price with the purchase of two happy hour appetizers. Limit one per person and only valid at the Triple George Grill bar. Additional happy hour offerings include half off well drinks, select house wines, draft beers and appetizers.

Spring specialty lunch menu items include the Prosciutto Flatbread, prepared with prosciutto di parma, arugula salad, pear, marinara, balsamic and feta; Tuscan Flatbread, served with mornay sauce, chicken, basil and tomato; Homemade Meatballs, topped with parmesan and marinara; Kale Salad, consisting of butternut squash, candied walnuts and maple vinaigrette; Chicken Sandwich prepared with chicken breast, brie, fig jam, tomato and arugula; and Lobster Club, made with lobster meat, tomato, bacon, basil, shallot aioli and a brioche bun.
A sample of new cocktail menu items include the Yes Please!, a combination of Brooklyn Gin, Pamplemousse Rose and lime juice; Great King George prepared with Compass Box Great King Scotch, orange curaçao and vanilla bitters and El Diablo, a mixture of Patrón Reposado, ginger beer, crème de cassis and topped off with lime juice, among many more.

Triple George Grill’s Sidebar will feature live musical performances by Pierre Jovan along with a special guest on March 4, Laura Shaffer on March 11, Haleamano on March 18 and The All Togethers on March 25. All performances will begin at 10:30 p.m. Performances are free and guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
