Las Vegas – Triple George Grill is inviting guests down to their swanky Sidebar room for some prohibition-themed cocktails, late night entertainment and bites. From New Year’s Eve- Thursday, December 31 through Sunday, January 3, this late night option will have nightly specials for those 21 and over to enjoy from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. On New Years Eve patrons will receive a special performance from Steven Godla.

Parched guests can order off of a new menu of signature cocktails that are indicative of the 1940’s era, including Prestige Signature consisting of Primm’s Blackberry and Elderflower, Darnley’s View Gin, Torani Blackberry Syrup, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, egg whites and fresh lime juice; The Stray Paloma, a blend of Epsolon Reposadro, Fruitations Grapefruit Syrup and Del Maguey Vida Mezcal with a squeeze of lime and a splash of San Pelligrino Pompelmo soda; Rusted Hammer with Connemara Irish Whiskey, Licor 43, Truth Aromatic Bitters and Angostura Orange Bitters; Hemmingway’s Way, a combination of Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum, St. Germaine, Torani Signature Blood Orange Syrup and fresh lime juice; or Caribbean Tides, a mixture of Selvarey Cacao Rum, Bitter Truth Pimento Dram, Funkin Passion Fruit Puree, Fee Bros Pineapple Cordial and fresh lime juice.
