LAS VEGAS – Create A Change Now, a local charity teaching at-risk students to plant, grow and cook fresh, healthy meals in order to prevent childhood obesity, will host its first annual Edible Education Dinner at Panevino Ristorante on Saturday, October 10 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “Food For Thought” focusing on nutritional benefits of proper fats, which aid in brain functioning. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the organization’s mission and Healthy School, Healthy Life program.
